Thank you for shopping with The Pillow Case. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible service. We gladly offer no question asked easy 7 days return & exchange policy for all purchases made on our website except for the customized products (if any). We offer the following refund and exchange policy:

Partial Refunds:
- We offer partial refunds on non-discounted items. A 10% deduction will be applied to the original purchase amount to cover handling and shipping cost.
- To qualify for a partial refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase. Refund will not be entertained if the request is made outside the specified time frame (7 days).
- Customer will be responsible for returning the package through secure and traceable delivery service to our address on his own expense.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned item after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds are limited to; 1 Comforter Set, 1 Duvet Cover Set and 5 bedsheet Sets.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges will not be entertained on discounted items and are limited to 3 bedsheet sets only.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp within 7 days of your purchase
- Customer will be responsible for returning the package through secure and traceable delivery service to our address on his own expense.
- Exchange will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned item after inspection of returned items.
- Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. Customer will be liable to pay the difference of amount in previous and new items (if any).
- For the exchanged items delivery charges will be applied.
- Defective Items:
- Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase.
- If the request is made outside the specified time frame (7 days) it will not be entertained.
- We may request supporting evidence such as photographs to verify the defect.
- In case of faulty or damaged products the company will be responsible for the pick up of damaged items from customers doorstep and delivery of new items. Shipping cost will be covered by the company.

- Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Refund/Exchange will not be entertained on discounted items.
- Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
- We offer partial refund of 90% to cover handling and shipping cost.
- Refunds are limited to 1 comforter set, 1 duvet cover set and 5 bedsheet sets. However, exchange is only limited to 3 bedsheet sets only.
- Shipping cost of undamaged items will be covered by customer.
- Certain items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges, such as personalized or customized products.

Please note that this policy is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above or if the claim is found to be fraudulent.
